By accessing and using the Suppr iMessage app for reviewing movies and TV shows (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

You may only use the App in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by us.

You will be responsible for all activity that occurs as a result of your use of the App. We disclaim any and all liability (including for negligence) for the content, opinions, statements, or other information posted to, or use of, the App by its users.

In order to use the services provided on the App, you must be at least 16 years of age. When you register to use the App, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the App ("Registration Information"), and to maintain and promptly update your Registration Information to ensure it remains true, accurate, current and complete.

You must be courteous and respectful of others' opinions and must not post unwelcome, aggressive, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate remarks directed at another user of the App.

You must not use the App to promote, engage in, or incite hate, violence, discrimination or intolerance, including based on race, age, gender, gender identity, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected attribute.

You must not use the App (or encourage others to use the App) to create multiple accounts, deceive or mislead other users, disrupt discussions, circumvent account blocks, game the App's mechanics, alter consensus, post spam, or otherwise violate our community guidelines.

You must not follow an excessively high number of accounts (or like an excessive number of reviews) in order to generate reciprocal follows or likes and thereby manipulate your account's popularity.

You agree to access the App through the interface we provide. You must not use the App for any malicious means, or abuse, harass, threaten, intimidate, or impersonate any other user of the App or any Suppr employee.

You must not request or attempt to solicit personal or identifying information from another user of the App. You must not mislead the App's support or moderation representatives, such as by making false or malicious reports about other users or their content.

You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose or post any information that is in breach of any confidentiality obligation, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person.

We do not allow content or activity that sexually exploits or endangers children. When we become aware of apparent child exploitation, we report it, in compliance with applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any content posted to the App that we consider (in our absolute discretion) to be offensive, objectionable, unlawful, explicit, graphic, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove any content posted to the App that disseminates misinformation and its related manipulations, including viral sloganeering.

If we choose to offer premium features in the future, we may charge subscription fees for the use of certain services offered on the App ("Fees"). We may change the amount of Fees payable from time to time with advance notice to users. Changes will only take effect at the end of your current subscription period.

Subscriptions purchased through our iOS app are processed by Apple, Inc. (the "Reseller"), which is the Merchant of Record for your purchase. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay us (through the Reseller) the subscription fees indicated for that plan.

Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize the Reseller to collect the subscription fee for the next period (including any taxes payable) using the payment method they have on record for you. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time in your iCloud settings.

You agree that we own all of the intellectual property rights in the App.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, distribute and display (including for commercial purposes) on the App and in other media any content or material that you post on the App, and any name(s) and/or avatar under which you post such content.

Other than this right, we claim no intellectual property rights in relation to the information or content that you upload onto the App. Any content you post to the App should be original and must not infringe anyone else's intellectual property rights.

Anything you post, upload, share, store, or otherwise provide through the App is your "User Submission". Some User Submissions may be viewable by other users. You are solely responsible for all User Submissions you contribute to the App.

You understand and acknowledge that reviews and ratings are subjective in nature. You represent that all User Submissions submitted by you are your own honest opinions, comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and do not deliberately misrepresent facts.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU POST USER SUBMISSIONS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND YOU BEAR ALL RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM SUCH CONTENT, INCLUDING IN THE EVENT OF ANY DATA BREACH, UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE, OR LEGAL CLAIM ARISING FROM SUCH CONTENT.

You agree not to post User Submissions that violate the rights of others, or that are obscene, hateful, exploitative, or illegal.

By submitting User Submissions through the App, you grant us and our users broad, irrevocable licenses to use, share, modify, and display such content in connection with the App and our business, in perpetuity.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

We are not liable for any issues related to the availability, functionality, or performance of the App, nor for any content posted by users.

IN THE EVENT OF A SECURITY BREACH, DATA LEAK, OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO DATA, YOU AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY RESULTING CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LEGAL ACTIONS, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

We aim to address technical issues in a timely manner, but we are not responsible for any losses or damages caused by interruptions, bugs, errors, outages, or other technical malfunctions of the App.

THE APP AND ALL SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO DATA.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE SECURE OR FREE FROM VULNERABILITIES OR THAT USER SUBMISSIONS WILL REMAIN PRIVATE.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules. You waive your right to a jury trial and agree not to bring claims as part of a class action.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk. Continued use of the App following changes to these Terms signifies your agreement to the updated Terms.
